Restoration Services

Our Mission is to put cars back better than factory. We start with a complete tear-down. We carefully bag and photo each part. This allows us to know what needs repaired and how to reassemble components properly. Once the vehicle is itemized and thoroughly disassembled we begin the planning process of restoring the vehicle back to better than new! Whether it is a frame off rotisserie restoration or just a simple restoration to keep your car a survivor we have the craftsman for the job. 

Dustless Blasting- We have the paint, Rust and body filler properly removed with water dustless blasting. This process  removes all materials without harming the surface. It leaves the metal with an etched surface ready for a good epoxy primer.

Rust Removal- We then begin the process of getting the bones of the restoration in order. We remove all rusted areas with metal shaping and proper panel replacement techniques.

Powder Coating- We have all frame and interior body components powder coated to match a factory finish. Powder coating is a really good durable hard finish.

Body & Paintwork- Once the metalwork, dent removal and Rust repairs have been performed we get to fantastic stage of body & paintwork. This is when we meticulously go over every inch of the vehicle refining all body gaps and panels. We do all of the body filler and primer work to get the vehicles up to our standards of finish before applying finishing top coats. We then undercoating and restore all body seams/sealants to new car standards.  Then we apply a base coat clear coat using the best materials and up to the minute technology that the industry has to offer. Once paint is applied we perform a 3 stage buff to get the vehicle to a deep luster and shine ready for it to get assembled.

Chrome Plating-  Once the trim has had the imperfections removed and has been fit to the vehicle. We can now send out all bright work to be polished and plated to a reputable facility. 

Engine and chassis replacement-  We take our time having the engine, transmission and chassis properly repaired using high tech machines and master technicians with many years of experience rebuilding all types of components. When the major components return from rebuilding we then reassemble the complete chassis making sure that every component receives the same level of time and detail as the rest of our process. once the chassis is completely assembled we connect the chassis to the body! 

Final Assembly-  We take pride in repairing and replacing the vehicle to today's standards. We precisely assemble the vehicle readying for wiring and interior.

Wiring- Wiring is done in house making sure that we get everything in the vehicle installed and functioning correctly. Our goal is to bring the vehicle back to life one wire at a time. 

Glass Replacement- We perform all glass replacement in house. Overseeing the repairing and replacement of window mechanisms and seals. We want to make sure that the windows function, seal and look better than new. New glass and trim are the cherries on top of a quality restoration!

Interior- We work with a few high quality interior companies with many years experience in bringing cars back to there former glory. We work hand in hand with our interior experts to replace the vehicle with factory materials for a quality factory fit and finish.

Final Details- Now we go over the vehicle looking over every detail. Test running the car. Tuning the vehicle. Aligning the vehicle getting every component up to specs.
